Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept Visa Card and Mastercard, through a secure hosting. We also offer the option to pay by Paypal.

All charges from the site are in Australian dollars. If you are outside Australia, your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency, for which they may charge a small currency conversion fee. Credit card orders are processed in the United Kingdom. Some card providers will make an international transaction charge for orders processed outside of the country in which the card is issued. We recommend you check with your card issuer before making a transaction.

Shipping And Handling

Shipping and handling to any address in Australia or New Zealand is free of charge. If you are outside this area, shipping charges will be added, this will be shown at point of order during the checkout process.

Delivery Schedule

E-Books
Your product will not be immediately available for download. You will receive an e-mail with details of how to download your e-book. This will normally be sent within two hours of receipt of your order during office hours (9am-5pm GMT, Mon-Fri) or the next working day if received outside this time.

Print
You will normally receive your order within 5 - 7 business days.
All print books are fulfilled from our London office.
International orders (outside Australia and New Zealand) are generally received in under 14 days.

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges

We currently do not reach the GST turnover threshold, therefore no GST is charged.

We use WorldPay to take credit and debit card payments. They accredited by Qualified Security Assessors to the highest possible standard available under the PCI DSS scheme.

Guarantee

We guarantee your satisfaction. If any product should be supplied incorrectly or in a damaged condition we will replace the item straight away. We may request the original item to be returned to us.

Returns Policy

We are happy for you to return any print publication after 14 days of receipt. Please email us to explain what the problem is and we will advise on how we can help.
